The compensation

$1,000 per close — flat rate, uncapped. Close 5 and that's $5K. Close 10, that's $10K. No cap, no tiers. Calls are booked for you — your job is to close them.

OTE is $5K–$10K / month on current volume. Prove yourself and we ramp ad spend on this offer aggressively, which pushes that higher.
